前陣子有發文關於辦公室內的問題導致很想離職
過了這些日子變本加厲了一些
經歷了
1.老屁股推工作+撿功勞越來越不掩飾了
2.新人離職向直屬的上層投訴因爲我太嚴格,直屬特地抓我過去談話,因為擅長向上管理
的主管覺得被上層這樣提醒是污點,也要求我對新人要有耐心(但新人在其他部門的資歷
跟年紀都大我許多,我不知道專案還可以做到讓人生氣什麼意思),談話後我有表明我就
是這樣,沒有認錯
不過後來新人進來還是派給我帶…
3.族繁不及備載的主管時不時發飆(例如覺得我們都很爛、能力很差等等,她只是想突顯
她很棒….)
現在的工作內容是我喜歡的
但這些辦公室問題真的讓我很不舒服
心理諮商了好幾個月
最近找到工作,與現在公司同性質,但薪水規模差一點點,但可接受,職等跟現在一樣
不過很猶豫該不該離職的原因有
1.新工作是完全不熟的產業,專業度也高,不知道能不能勝任
2.新工作的人不知道好不好相處,雖然面試時覺得主管談話間很正常也不壓迫,但又怕面
試都是最美好的一面,進去不是這一回事
3.現在的工作累績很多客戶跟合作單位,大家都合作愉快,且有幾個專案上半年規劃下半
年要執行,現在走有種心血付之一炬的感覺
4.覺得都是同事造成的問題爲什麼要離職的卻是我的那種不甘心…
在這樣的情境下不知道我該怎麼選擇
