大家好~
年後剛到一家麵包店當學徒,做的力不從心,多少和工作性質有關(主要是工時和月休日)
讓我在生活找不到一個平衡點,也一直思考這是我喜歡的工作嗎?
上一份工作工時正常月休至少國定會補,當然每家店性質不一樣
我也是離開後才開始想人生後面五年的規劃(我今年25歲)
師傅也是說這行要看五年後的成就,但我內心離職的想法太強烈了
想接觸業務、行銷、企劃這塊,三月底提離職了,師父說需要緩衝期找人
但這行真的不好找人......,我說給10天緩衝期,但師傅說至少做完4月
我在政府補助課程看到想上職前訓練,所以要沒工作,報名日期到21號,要筆口試
很想強硬的說就做到下禮拜,但今天師父還說希望可以做到母親節檔期完...
照勞基法未滿三個月不用預告,但人情世故上我想說照三個月給10天
我有到處幫公司找人,但甚麼時候有人未知數啊!
想請問大家的想法 感謝各位大大!
