誰說年終慘?大企業上看4個月
經濟不景氣,大家的年終都慘兮兮,但台灣仍是有不少大企業年終比照往年水準,像是台
塑企業至少4個月底薪、遠東新2個月、中鋼1個月底薪,額外激勵獎金、慰勉金等視企業
獲利情形而定。
台塑企業表示,雖然2015的年終獎金還未定案,但大致和往年相當,2014年的台塑年終獎
金為4.1到4.2個月的底薪,而2013年則是4.24個月底薪加1萬元慰勉金。
紡織業大廠遠東新表示,今年年終獎金要到1月中才會知道,但去年視考績2到3個月,但
不論業績,至少都有2個月。
中鋼歷年年終獎金都是1個月底薪,若全年度結算有盈餘時,將依公式計算,於3月再加發
激勵獎金。
華航表示,2015年的年終獎金數額還未決定,但每年至少都有1個月,額外再加發多少,
還未定案。
陽明海運也還未定案,但2014年的年終獎金是一個月。
