這禮拜開會老闆提到如果有不適任的人他不排除調去別的部門
跟朋友聊天之後,朋友說這是不合法的啊
如果真的公司用調部門之名 想要逼我走,那就跟勞工局投訴,請勞工局出來開勞資調解
如果調解失敗公司就必須付我資遣費
請問可以這樣做嗎?如果真的走到這一步,我必須採取哪些做法呢?
(譬如說調部門之後我還可以自己提出離職單嗎?
這樣對日後投訴會不會造成對我的不利)
想先請問板上各位的看法,如果有看過相關事例或經驗也請轉給我讓我多方搜集資料一下
(畢竟本市是有名的“資”工局,自己不多搜集點資料,到時候“資”工局應該是
也不會站在我這邊的)
順帶一問,老闆提到performance不好年終說不定還給你0
我想請問,雖然考績是老闆在打,但太過誇張是不是可以申訴?
實在有點煩,但凡事都得作最壞的打算啊........
