請問是否違反勞基法 - 離職

目前在職四個多月,依年資需要10天前提離職,所以知道新公司錄取後跟主管提出
主管覺得太突然提離職沒辦法接受,無法在1/6前讓我離開
我是業務,薪水來自底薪+業績獎金
主管說若我硬要離職,獎金會歸零或是會把在職的所有扣項都全部追溯一次扣除
(因為之前公司怕我剛就職被扣項嚇到,所有有些扣項公司先吸收沒有扣)
我不想放棄新工作,只是公司這樣讓我好無奈..
業務都靠獎金生活,獎金歸零我都白忙一場了
且公司扣項追溯,是合理的嗎
請各位前輩賜教
