請益~三天無薪的工作要去嗎? - 面試

上104應徵了*品安生命股份有限公司 *的行政客服人員
是ㄧ間禮儀公司
星期五面試後,詢問到福利的問題
有提到前三天不支薪,前兩天培訓,最後ㄧ天考試,第四天分發部門
分發後看到哪個部門決定薪水的多少,
最少是20000+全勤2000
上班8:50~16:30
工作時間不能出去,中午在公司訂便當
所有說的內容都很吸引人
因為感覺工作時間很少,工作也不會太困難
但是工作不支薪不是不符合勞基法嗎?
事後又打去詢問,他仍是堅持,前三天沒有薪水,也沒供餐
怎麼聽都覺得很奇怪
因為星期一就要去報到,這兩天怎麼想還是不知道該不該去試試看
查詢了ㄧ些文章,有提到以後可能會要你自己簽生前契約才有薪水
不知道有沒有人在那邊待過?真的是如此嗎?
請問各位,如果前三天不支薪,會去做嗎?
如果是你,會做什麼考量?
