小妹是應屆畢業生,最近幾個禮拜瘋狂面試之後很高興收到幾個offer,幾經考慮
之後選擇了現在這間公司,今天是第一天上班。會計小姐跟我詳細說明公司的薪資
福利制度後,我發現有幾處很不合理,想請問大家給我一些意見。
1. 公司說勞基法是規定隔周休,但由於公司是跟著公家機關走是採周休二日制,那
公司就比勞基法多放了幾天假,所以必須要扣薪補回。假設今年公司比勞基法多休7天
,那麼在這一年內依照我的薪水算就有7個月的薪水需扣$900,那加總下來一年會被扣
7x$900=$6,300 這點我覺得非常奇怪!為何公司主動放假卻要扣員工薪水?我問了一
些朋友及長輩都覺得極不合理。
2. 公司還規定若是一年內事假請超過6天(含6天)、病假請超過7天(含7天),只要違反
上述任一項隔年就無休假。我問了我爸的意見,他說勞基法是規定做滿一年就有7天休假
,這樣做是不行的。
還有幾點覺得....的就不列出來,上述這兩條是我覺得非常不合理的地方,感覺有點
佔員工便宜,還是我剛出社會太嫩了,其實這些制度行之有年?
想請各位前輩開示.....好不容易面試許久終於挑出一間覺得不錯的,結果進去才發現
有些東西根本之前就講得不清不楚,只講好處,所以難免有被騙的感覺,得知時真是
頗傻眼,朋友都叫我考慮清楚,叫我不要做了,但是很怕去別間公司面試時也無法得知
詳細的薪資福利制度,進去又會有一樣的情況....
希望大家給我一點意見,求職路好不順.........T^T
