因為我也想走餐飲的路線
以下是給您的參考
1.你必須先學會(熟練)控制油溫的技巧(因為中華料理需要用到很多油)
2.你要先把一些比較傳統的菜色(例如:你工作的餐廳裡的名菜)的食譜熟記在腦中
3.假設你要做的是港式飲茶 你要把一些點心的用料的比例弄清楚
(不然你可能會做出外皮硬梆梆 內餡不熟的燒賣)
