行銷老骨頭!
今天要跟大家分享這 13 年來的面試經驗。
不是去面試的經驗,而是「面試別人」的經驗,希望可以產生社會正面幫助
我從 2005 年開始有面試別人的經驗,沒錯,這 8 年來
我大概面試 100 人了,抓了至少 30 個小朋友來我的公司。
我面試的深沈的核心思維,大至如下:
1、面善、儀態、
如果這是 100 等級,其他排序大概只有 70 往下減,這真的超重要。
我不可能找一個我一眼就不喜歡的人來我的 team
其實很多主管甚至不承認這點,但賣假了啦,我們都在找跟自己對味的人。
我喜歡有點肉的女生,因為我覺得這種人比較開朗,也不過於尖銳。
我喜歡穿著打扮美觀的女生,因為我覺得這種人很知道自我鋪陳。
我喜歡男生講話有條理,第一時間即可反應,且眼神充滿肯定。
我喜歡男生不要太愛凸顯自己有多厲害,因為你絕對不會比我厲害。
很可惜,這學校都沒教。
很可惜,這需要在社會上自己學,那等於沒學
我在面試前 30 秒,就可以決定要不要剔除你,就因為這原因。
即便你真的很優秀,我也會剔除。因為「我對你沒好感呀!!!」。
2、詢問你的意見
通過第一關,被我留下來的人就代表我有點興趣,面試才開始。
不然,沒通過第一關,即便我跟你聊一小時,我都只是在跟你哈拉。
或是藉機偷竊一些你的想法。
詢問你的意見並不代表我真的要你的意見。
而是我想在短暫的對話過程中,瞭解你跟我到底能否對話。
一路上我都會笑笑的,但:
有些人自己講的很高興,口末橫非,但完全不清楚我的意思
(其實有時我自己也不知道我的意思,但還能講,剔除!)
有些人講的很有道理,但感覺很嚴肅,大家月講心情越差,剔除!
重點是:「我講的,你聽不聽的懂。你講的,我聽不聽的懂。」
3、能力太強?
有些人能力到我都會怕,真的,多億 850,又會一點日文,
然後只要 26K,還會全部該會的軟體。
不好意思,那妳應該要去創業,或是去美國上班。
我要一個能幫我做事就好,也就是我缺人做的,你能做,就可以了。
能力太強,只會讓我老闆愛妳,而不愛我,那我不太會用。
所以話說回來,還是前面那兩個東西最重要,就是:
a、我對妳感興趣。 b、我們能合作愉快!
能力太強是史上最痛苦的員工,首先她很快就會不爽我這天兵主管,
接著,他會跟其他員工產生衝突。第三、他會讓老闆喜愛,破壞辦公室隱性協調
大家都會很他,連帶我這主管也連坐。
大家都愛他,那救大家都恨我這主管。
4、專業技能
專業技能根本是個屁,真的。
誰理你過去做了什麼呀,很厲害的過去經驗,能力太強,剔除!
專業技能不足,可以學呀,我心裡是這樣想的。
專業技能只有是老闆問我為何要用他時,可以拿來塞老闆。
所以你要準備一點點就好的亮點。一個即可,足以講 15 分鐘的即可。
不要讓我覺得你沒有,也不要讓我覺得你是美國隊長。
以下是我面試進來的實證:
2013/4/30 要報到:
因為他有專案管理證照,且感覺是個風趣且強硬的人。
我測試暗示不太可能用他,他態度怡然不失穩定。遇到挫折很穩。
專案經理:48k,中正研所,工作 7 年
2013/1:
因為她穿著我喜愛的短褲跟 hunter 雨鞋。
因為要公關,所以要有些尖銳三八,她都 ok,他有在遊戲公司當過公關,夠了。
重點是他有「王格」講話有種五則天的魅力,我老闆應該會愛。
公關:30k,輔大,工作 3 年
2012/7:
需要一個小編,我原本要的是女小編,破格找個男的。
因為這男的跟我講了一堆他的社群分析,感覺都是他自己領悟的,
有些是不對的,但他講他的理論講的眼神閃爍,超像海綿寶寶的
所以我覺得他是那種超捍衛自己的怪想法的人,善哉!公司正好需要這種新思維
他可能活不久,因為穩定性不太強。
但沒差,那時就是我們小編換風格的時候 ~
小編:25k,輔大,工作未滿一年
