關於離職提前告知的問題,求解~ - 加班

想請問大家 小妹我在目前服務的公司已滿一年多,在6月12號跟公司口頭提離職做到六
月底也有發line給主管了,但主管說依公司規定要提前一個月,所以要求我做到七月15號
,如果我堅持做到六月底,隔天就到新公司報到,這樣需負舊公司的損失責任嗎?
若依勞基法規定的需提前20天告知,我差了兩天,有影響嗎??如果公司扣部分薪水當損失
,能有什麼方式爭取嗎?
公司從來不照勞基法走,滿一年特休三天,沒有加班費,月休四天,國定假日不放假反而
上十二小時,一週工作超過四八小時,因為公司是服務業,這樣檢舉有效嗎?
拜託大家幫忙小妹解答了!
