第一次工作就遇到離不了職的公司。
去年應屆畢業找了藥局工作。試用15天期後簽到今年底合約。
合約還沒看完就在催,有什麼問題嗎?
我就在想,原來出社會大家合約都不用看清楚就簽了是正常的嗎?
前面大部份都是道德規範。後段瞄一眼也沒什麼嚴重的事,頂多告誡離職後一年內不可跳
槽到其他藥局。就簽了
但是做了五個多月後真的真的覺得不行。
1.無聊又眼界小的同事太多,
2.上層逼業績,又要求毛利項目要平均(例如:不能只有保健品賣得好,兒童用品也要賣
,妝品也要賣,奶粉也要賣,成人奶水也要賣)才會達成平均。
3.完全無任何福利(沒年終、沒三節、想請任何假都得找到人幫你上班才能請,就算你今
天在急診室公司也不理你。)
4.面試說好輪班卻多以晚班為主,後來才知道根本沒有早晚輪這種事
(早晚比例1:3)
5.最受不了一點是,說一開始有教育訓練不給薪,誰知道一個月四堂不等的課,足足都
有4小時?而且長達要一年?為此不做的人,還被同事揶揄,上課都沒跟你收錢了。WTF?
我根本不需要好嗎!
6.提離職還被同事說花那麼多時間教你,你跟我說要走(道德綁架?)公司說要走要付違
約金(約上或許有我沒看到呵呵呵。)結果為留人分店店長跑來我店勸留,開辦分店之大
藥師還春酒時開同事玩笑,沒讓我留下來她們就得喝(還是怎樣我忘了)
真的覺得出社會學到第一件事就是,要簽約的公司不要亂進,真的很討厭
