離職前10天告知 - 離職

在公司做半年
依勞基法規定 如果要離職的話要前10天告知
問題是 這10天內怕被老闆弄
會這樣問是因為
公司有營業登記跟統編
但其實沒有照勞基法走
我的底薪不到公定最低薪資
但事實上每個月加獎金實領會遠遠超過這個金額
(底薪與獎金不同日期發)
所以我要離職的話
還會不會有勞基法的問題
