如題
雖然我原本的業務不會全部交付給同事
但有些地方還是要先請他代理執行
不過,重點在於該名同事就僅僅是工作上的夥伴而已 平時也只是互相幫忙,過去工作上
發生過某些事
讓我對他有點感冒
所以想問問鄉民的意見 謝謝

謝謝各位鄉民,聽聞各位的意見後
決定還是低調走人,不過主管收到辭呈後應該會第一時間通知該同事了,其實我要離職也
不能跟他完全沒關係,再者他的資歷比我深,我處理的業務大部分其實他都應能掌握,只
是我負責的業務量較多範圍廣泛。
然而,照公司SOP程序應該是會先找新人要我帶領之後才交接,之所以我會有這樣的提問
,我離職前的這段期間應該是來不及徵到人,即使找到短期間內新人也無法駕輕就熟。
另外回覆milk大,我在裡面算蠻黑的遇到是那種搞小團體喜歡拿輩份跟資歷來壓人,但常
常又是我在幫人善後所以才離職,但現在看來我顧慮是多餘的
。
