離職又回同公司 - 離職

如題,在公司做了將近5年
前三年在分公司,每一年都換一位新主管,
最後那一位主管跟他氣場實在不合,加上常因為他個人情緒不佳整team輪流被砲轟
或是案件完全得造他意思去做,否則他一概不認同
最後因為工作做的很痛苦,身心俱疲、身體出狀況,所以就提了離職
但其實在離職當中有總公司的主管挖角希望可以過去他那TEAM,
當時沒答應所以就直接離開。
但後來因為一些因素我在三個月後又重新到總公司復職....
想請問各位如果是這樣的話會在履歷表上如實說明嗎?
那你們會用什麼理由解釋中間離職又復職呢?
