離職後特休的問題 - 離職

現職的公司規定要離職前要把特休休完
如果沒有修完會換錢給你
不過一直有個疑問
像如果我辭呈上寫4/3離開(3月初就會提)
但4/4.4/5剛好連假又逢六.日(共四天)
如果4/3最後一天上班的時候還有特休2天還沒修完
那這樣公司會連同這四天假期的錢一起算給我嗎?
等於是算我做到4/9
還是說他會算到4/3再加上2天的特休錢給我呢?
還請大家替我解答一下
