離職特休折現問題 - 離職

最近要離職,還有6天特休,原本是壓離職日往後,把特休休完再走,人資找了主管希望可以直接離職日往前,特休折現,這樣算下來就會少了2天假日薪資(因為我有6天勢必跨週末),目前看起來還算協商狀態,如果公司態度強硬,我的立場是站得住腳跟法規的嗎?
(其他不管預告期還是交接都在合理法律內)。
因原本押中秋當天離職,已被要求一定要往前一天在在職日離(但查查法規離職日該由勞工提出),少一天薪了,實在不想莫名其妙又被少2天薪水
想請教有經驗的人~
