離職遭刁難 - 離職

我於現在的公司工作已滿3個月,但未滿半年
由於該部門問題頗多,流動率甚高(1年內>>20人離職),做的一直不愉快
近日獲得了其他的工作機會,想於現在的公司離職,
並於4月24日以口頭及e-mail通知主管及人資提出離職~~
希望能於5月4日離職,以便5月7日至新公司報到
然而,主管以部門人少等理由...拒絕我於5月7日離開
要求我至少應待到5月14日,並完成交接,甚至有可能還要延期
而其交接要求,竟非要我整理好交接清單及檔案,
而是列出一堆實驗報告及技術手冊及新增事項要我完成
根據之前離職的同事所說,主管還會於報告中刻意刁難,並刻意不簽我的離職單
為此,我相當憂心如何至新的公司報到?
不知道是否一定要完成主管新交待的所有工作才能算交接完成?
可否於5月4日直接走人?
如果有人知道,可否提供一下相關資訊? 感激不盡~~
