事情是這樣的
今天一早去上班現場的同事A君就收到一張"離職申請書"
現場主管告知他說因為因為工作量少,叫他做到這個禮拜五
公司會給他一筆遣散費,叫他不用擔心。
中午休息A君來找我吃飯,將事情經過說給我聽,我馬上叫他
不可以寫這張,工作量少是因為業務緊縮,怎麼可以叫他寫這一張?!
當下我就去問他主管,主管才把"離職證明書"拿給他,並說
[副總不會簽的,因為他有問過勞工局,如果申請非自願離職書的話他會沒辦法申請外勞]
真的有這一條嗎?
所以我上來問問偉大的鄉民們,我的同事A君現在要怎麼做比較好?
1.明天上班直接去找副總談(我有叫他要錄音)
2.跟公司耗下去,沒簽沒辦妥就繼續工作?
