請問如果提前十天跟老闆提離職
老闆不爽要你馬上走 或兩三天後就走
但如果不想的話 該怎麼處理呢？
變成資遣嗎？
還是說可以硬要在我預定的那一天走呢？

照付 ，勞僱關係要到預告期滿才會解除 ，但是如果你也
願意提早離職 ，這就是雙方合意 ，老闆只需付薪水到
雙方都同意的離職日那天就好
