35歲以上的履歷如何寫才是適當 - 職場

小妹近日因業務量增加,需增加一名戰力相當的同事,老闆讓我開職務需求後自己找合適
的面試者,職務薪水也由我設定,大於等於該行業所需等級的平均薪資(35~50k,小妹因
業績獎金平時薪水都落此區間)。
最近收到一位大我十歲的求職者(35yrs),履歷上寫前份受雇公司是同行的大間公司,
任職三年,後來去年自己開工作室到現在,再更之前的產業不相關,也待1-2年左右就轉
行。
因為我自己才剛開始進入社會第三年,之前也換過很多工作,所以覺得在一家公司工作三
年很厲害,對於求職者之前的經歷都視為摸索過程,但我老闆卻不以為然,不太滿意求職
者的經歷跟作品集,但在我先斬後奏的情況下早就約了面試,因為我好想要同事
此時也想問一下各位大大,請問35歲的人經歷大概要長什麼樣子,才是職場上潛規則裡老
闆滿意的最低標(因為我不太相信我自己可以同家公司做到5年以上)
想得到的資訊希望是經歷上大概有什麼形式跟原因(從23-35歲之間的排法,比如說3-1-3
-1-0.6-3yrs),有這種東西嗎?
