小弟目前25歲 一年多業務相關經驗，目前工作狀況良好，主要是因為獎金太少跟公司內部制度問題開始丟履歷，目標年薪為目前年薪的1.3倍以上，今天剛接到三芳通知，人資希望我快點確定報到日期，怕自己思考不夠仔細，希望各位先進不吝指教與分享，謝謝
目前主要猶豫原因為現職薪資成長幅度有限，但是之前的主管因故離職了，所以職稱上有可能會有小幅度晉升，又剛好到了年度調薪的時間，根據同事的經驗，調薪幅度應該不大，又因為現在工作有點養老，怕待久了就走不了了
新的offer根據面試主管與人資所言，雖然底薪不增反減，但是第一年年薪差距不大，滿一年後開始有獎金會入帳，年薪應該可以達到我要的數字且有可能更高，但是無法確定獎金制度的要求及達成的難易程度
