一直投履歷,資方怎麼反應,大家較能接受 - 離職

有一個情況,想跟鄉民討論看看~~
公司現況:
目前部門有一個缺~~
這個缺其實是從去年,跟老闆爭取來的...
因為照本來的人力編制,目前是滿編的,只是部門從去年就開始多負責一些事務
但這一些事務,其實說真的沒有多到需要多擴編1個人力...可能只要多0.5個人力
去年有跟老闆討論,部門可以試著多新增1個人力,看能不能讓大家做事更有品質~~
老闆就答應OK,可以試看看,評估是不是能提升績效
這一年來其實陸續也都有找到人,這一年有1舊人離職或新人不適合
不過當組員人數是滿編+新增1人時,老闆確實會認真看每個人績效表現是不是有更好~~
所以組員一直呈現「滿編-1人力、滿編、滿編+1人力」
只有在一次滿編-1人力時,有同時錄取2位新人
其他滿編時,都是想要認真找比較符合的求職者...
面臨情況:
有位這一年共投了27次履歷(中間除了這個職缺外,有2次是投公司另一個不相關的職缺)
雖然經驗有一點相關,但其背景真的不太符合我想要找的條件,畢竟部門並不算缺人
公司又不能隨便資遣員工,所以都找比較符合條件來面試...
因為我也不喜歡,員工進進出出的情況,目前組員除了1個新人外,其他約2年~8年都有~~
因為之前都是投人力銀行,這次對方直接寄Mail給HR,所以HR請我想一下如何回應
想問大家那一種回應,會讓大家比較能接受:
1.繼續不理會
坦白說,我也不想浪費時間在這種持續投的人,而且他是在職中..
等於根本一直騎驢找馬,而且這一年就換2個工作了~~
加上老闆對一直換工作的人,很反感...之前找那種5年換3~4個工作的履歷就會唸~~
2.打電話給對方,請對方不要再投了...
只是在想,這樣會不會很怪,接到公司電話打來說很抱歉你不適合,不要再投了@@
3.請他來面試,讓他死心~~當然說不定面試後發現適合...不過光履歷內容就90%不想用
因為我不了解這種會一直投的人,在想什麼??
在想這種人是真的很想來面試??覺得有來有機會??
還是只是隨機能投就投,根本不記得自己投了27+1次 @@

補充更新:和HR討論後,發現原來HR之前早就寄過感謝函了(這一點我事先不知道)
所以直接跟HR說再發一次,如果還是一直投就設黑名單~~
