剛從日本WH一年回來兩個多月,這一陣子天終於開始上班了
從高中時期打工開始就一直接觸餐飲業,也沒有其他太特殊的專長,也在餐飲業頗得心應
手的,就還是以這方面開始求職
會選擇目前這家餐廳是看在他假給的夠爽快(月休8,紅字補休,假日可排一天)
又離我家走路十分鐘距離,雖然不是第一理想,但我找工作找了兩個月左右也是很慌,就
去了
面試時老闆就有跟我說過我的主管情緒管理比較差,但我想做餐廳沒有哪個人忙起來會情
緒好的,就沒多想
進去之後才知道所謂的情緒管理差是對某位同事(簡稱A)將近排擠的針對性,A只是禮貌
性的詢問開口,主管都會非常不耐煩,向另一個同事(簡稱B)詢問,B只說久了我就會知
道
A不在的時候主管會持續不斷口氣極差說不知道為什麼A為什麼怎麼做都做不好、學習能力
很差、搞不清楚狀況
A才比我早進去2個月左右,我會覺得看不過眼一部分的原因也是擔心主管是不是會將這種
針對轉移到我身上,即便沒有發展成這樣,一起上班的時候也是很煎熬
大家都知道這件事,包含老闆,卻都是睜一隻眼避一隻眼的,我也覺得蠻誇張的
其實很想走了,但手邊沒什麼錢又有貸款。是又另外一個對我很好的長輩有工作介紹,我
也很想去做但最快也是到農曆年後才能正式上工,合約中又有未滿一個月離職要繳交訓練
費(每天800)的規定,本來打定主意最慘也不過一個月當過渡,現在真是一天都覺得難
受(其中也包含了老闆不是餐飲出身、訓練不完整等等的)
因為沒辦法給媽媽養,只能上來抱怨抱怨繼續咬牙撐完
好的主管真的可以帶人上天堂
我不討厭這個很逼死人的行業,感謝上帝在這之前我遇到的都是好同事
