僱傭合約條文相當不利勞工...該怎麼談呢? - offer

最近得到一份offer(某間科技公司,公司員工人數超過1,000人,資本額約1個億),
薪水為40K x 14個月+認股(←認股是確定上市之後才有~)...
其他福利條件像是三節、健檢及旅遊補助等等,我覺得都蠻ok的。
面試過程中單位主管頗有誠意+我未有該產業經驗,對方願意主動給予面試機會&提供
新人訓練,我相當感謝;
但收到僱傭合約後,深覺有幾條約定很刺眼或差強人意(像不載明薪資),已動搖報到
意願...
我打算先跟人資電話"協商"調整空間後,再做最後決定(雖然我覺得制式合約不可能調
啦~&會徹底黑掉orz),
請版友建議是否ok...如下:
(1)競業條款:
限制地區包括"台灣&大陸",限制期間自離職日起2年內,違者「懲罰性違約金」為
NT$500,000...
→任非技術人員約定競業條款,我覺得非常奇怪,之前擔任相同職務並無此規定,
是因為科技產業的關係嗎?
(2)人事保證條款:
人保對於我任職期間對公司造成的損害需負連帶損賠之責,如不提供人保資料&簽名,
會影響我跟該公司的僱傭關係...
→我非技術人員,也不會經手財務...無法接受人保條款,想建議對方投保取代啊...
(3)空白條款:
合約最後一條僅列「第x條:其他約定」。
→完全不知道其他約定是在講什麼,應該要直接槓掉啊...
以上,再麻煩有經驗的大大給予建議...如有敘述不清或不足之處,
也請大家一併指出嘞~
