某醫美診所…
1.當初說因為訓練人才所以需要回饋公司簽約一年半,若違約要付違約金
所以我們就傻笨的簽了…(結果教育訓練也是很無言的廢課…)
後來查勞基法第9條第1項之規定「臨時性」、「短期性」、「季節性」及「特定性」之工作
但有同事拿勞基法提離職卻說我們白紙黑字簽約了所以要付違約金…(都沒簽約金了還要付
但我心想勞基法不是優於公司ㄕ法,怎麼反而遇到問題卻不能幫忙我們呢?
2.工作三個月就有獎金四千,當初面試時竟然沒說這個會依表現扣錢…
所以有人被扣五到八百
後來查勞基法第16條:雇主未給薪或扣薪屬違約及違法行為
向公司提出後又說 扣的是獎金而非本薪所以不算…(當初面試談薪水根本沒說分為獎金底?
3.工作執照被壓在公司,電聯工會轉電話到勞保局社會局bla bla bla其中一人說沒有人可?
4.原來請生理假 喪假 產假 是會被扣全勤的啊…?!
很想檢舉離開!但如果失敗就要付一筆違約金啊啊啊啊!該怎麼辦呢!

真的覺得失落,如果搞不好還要付律師費挺麻煩
公司很硬,聽說離開的人都賠違約金,不然就是硬撐一年半再離職
原來法律是保護懂的人不是保護對的人啊!我以後不敢亂簽約了啦…
