同老闆不同公司調動 年資與資遣費 - 年終

各位安~
預計在今年年底,目前任職的公司因為租約問題即將結束營運。
剛好老闆有其他的公司願意繼續任用。
目前已經確定年資不會延續,薪資會重談。
想請問這樣的狀況如果開口跟老闆要資遣費合理嗎?
(畢竟如果到了新環境不適應也只能默默求去,當然今年也沒有年終了)
