外派工作被資遣 - 離職

請問各位版上先進
我在中部某家鞋廠工作 派駐越南
公司發薪方式是台灣匯部分薪資,越南匯部分薪資,可是沒有勞健保
然後昨天收到公司通知要開除,因為公司在二月多有發一張管理規定,內容有一條外宿未
申請外宿未歸者,一律大過處分,累犯免職
所以我因為兩次沒寫外宿申請單被公司免職
現在問題來了
公司希望我寫自願離職單,然後機票 跟未使用的假日都會已薪資的方式補給我,沒有資
遣費
但是我覺得這個開除理由太瞎了,所以想走勞基法,那請問 在台灣沒有勞健保的而且外
派的狀況下,我還適用台灣的勞基法規定嗎?
