醉倒後,我作了個各種扯的噩夢.......

遲遲追討不到少領的薪資
覺得「資方態度不佳、刻意拖延時間」
決定一起申請勞資調解
7/21(四)調解會現場
調解官拿出一份傳真給我們(我是A)

資方是要「讓我們慌了手腳,開會時就能任他們說一是一」
能抹黑我們更好(純屬猜測)
資方代表是秘書和專管部經理
老闆沒出現,躲在女人......開玩笑der~我自己掌嘴
一開始資方姿態相當高傲地表示:
「發現薪資有誤後,立刻算好差額,我們惡意不去領」
「如我們不同意該金額,他們只好回去重算,改日再開會」
「勞方已簽署薪資明細卻惡意違約」
(先不談 重算的差額仍自動打好幾折;也不談 敘述日期跟事實兜不上)

調解官問:
「為何沒在員工到職當天,保勞健保?」
「為何薪資明細不在到職當天給員工簽?」
資方無法回答,仍不斷堅持:薪資差額,必須回公司重算。
當初6月17日報到

3.上班第一天就保管公司鑰匙
充滿熱忱的我全接受了@@
當天繳交文件、還簽了一份神奇的到職同意書

公司很奇妙:
1.無教育訓練、不知經營理念
2.上班第二天,我就被指派負責新竹人才招募
3.報到第11天,我獨自帶新人、負責面試
4.公司成立超過十年,流動率高、近半數員工任職不到半年。滿一年的同事算相當資深
5.聽說台北辦公室有監視器、甚至監聽器。將來新竹也會裝
還發現:公司慣性不幫新人投保勞健保?
實例1.同仁6/29發現沒有勞健保,問秘書後,6月的所有新人才通通投保
實例2.6/27報到的甲女,做兩天就離職,未領到薪資,沒勞健保
實例3.6/28報到的乙女,隔天莫名被資遣,也未領到薪資、沒勞健保
乙女第二天請假帶媽媽看醫生,中午被通知「不適任、不用來了」
命令是黃總下達的,卻不知真正原因
註:28號出差來竹北的D女,電話中提,她有回報乙女會抽菸。
29號,我提出離職,因:
1.27號和黃總開完會,無法認同
2.29號收到的薪資明細,和面談時不符
也被慰留。當晚還收到秘書的賴
隔天30號回覆秘書:
願意再試試,至少撐過試用期。秘書欣然同意
翌日7月1日,三位新人報到。
大約十點半,我接到資遣通知
經理說:黃總評估我不適任,做到中午。並和D女交接。
怪不得D女、E女會出現。
中午離開公司後,我賴台北同事B女,說我畢業了
關心我的B女相當驚訝!

經理表示:不知我7月1日有上班。我未交接、也沒收到我的出勤卡片
見鬼了真的惹火我,連三個小時都要拗嗎?
那天不是你通知我被資遣、要求我和D女交接的嗎?

雙方遲遲沒有共識。或許調解官有和解業績壓力(誤)
見資方遲遲不肯同意我們要求的薪資
使出殺手鐧提醒資方:
「如無法達成協議,勞方也不願再開調解,
勞工局會派人主動調查這件事,同時開罰2萬至30萬元。」
又苦口婆心勸告:「勞方三人要求的薪資,怎麼算也比罰單便宜。」
經理終於表示要問老闆。老闆同意給付
(調解,不是該派能下決定的人來嗎?)
我們要求的薪資,資方沒要求列舉明細、也不討價還價
隔天一毛不少地匯入戶頭
碎碎念:
做人真的不要太老實
奉勸各位,要懂得蒐集證據自保。畢竟調解官邏輯不一定清晰
我們只算該領的薪資
開調解花的成本、耗費的心力,全沒求償(我的車資和資遣費QQ)
勞工辛苦開勞資調解會,才能拿回全部薪資。

如果,公司惡意扣留部份薪資,多數人可能怕麻煩或畏懼,默不作聲選擇接受
偶有員工敢挺身追討,也才給那一點該給的

我是雇主我也不要保啊,反正你員工來也不一定會做長久、還不一定會發現我沒幫你投保
要是發現我沒保,追討的金額才那一點點
笨蛋才要乖乖投保勒(無良雇主想法)
走無良商人路線果然才是王道!
