完成規定的工作項目才可離職 - 離職

目前任職於某大間財團法人-派遣人力。
因個人因素,於五月初以line向主管表面欲離職,後來在五月下旬正式發mail辭職,主管
回應並列出需完成A B C D E項工作才可離職。
並叫我在某一天完成初稿,若內容ok會批准我在6月底離開。
問題點:
假設實際上做了ABC ,DE沒全部做完(因還分攤離職同事的工作),或是初稿內容主管認
為不ok,必須要延後離開,是否合法?還是只要有預告日30日,時間到了就可以離開
請各位解惑~ 謝謝
因原則上未來可能仍在同領域工作,不知道各位版友有什麼建議。
