小妹2014年6月私校前端大學畢業
4月開始到職當長期工讀至拿到畢業證書,7月轉正職
雖說4-6月是工讀生的身分,但做的內容和現任職務相同
原本人生規劃就打算這份工作做個2年左右就要換工作
因為發展性低、薪水調幅、福利原本就不是太優,又持續往下砍
現任公司是大型財團法人機構,也許這資歷拿出去會比較願意看我的履歷
當時因畢業在即,想說先求有再求好,當個跳板過水接下了這份offer
目前很猶豫到底該不做滿兩年再離職(意即6月30日)
因為許多公司要求的工作經歷都會要2年以上
是否會真的很在意真的待滿2年?
實際上我目前嚴格算起只待了1年7個月
因為我有先進去當工讀生,不知道那期間可不可以列入年資?
現在看到有興趣的職缺,有限工作經驗2年的都不太敢投
我該直接投,面試時再解釋這狀況?
還是要等做滿再去另尋工作?
因為6-7月又剛好卡畢業季,會要跟剛出閘的新鮮人們搶工作...有點猶豫
再麻煩不吝指教了!!
