這真的是慣老闆思維,而且可以預期員工素質會越來越差。想想下面的問題:
1.為什麼公司只招得到(或是只留下)這種人?
不如反過來說,那麼積極向上有點成就的,憑甚麼要待在你這裡?
錢多?氣氛好?未來有發展性?他是合夥人?還是太年輕呆呆地被耍了?
加班費也不給,推論做再好也不會加薪,升主管CP值也大概也很低
真的練到那麼能打,又很積極,早就把自己賣給更值得的地方了,哪會留下。
日子一久,當然都剩另外一種的。
2.做到70分或100分?對員工的差在哪?
很遺憾的,多數情況就是"能者過勞"環境造就大家能混就混。
你給予做好跟做不好的人有實質上的待遇差別嗎?
還是慣老闆作法,能被凹的就多凹一點,凹不動的懶得管?
我即使事情不小心做到90分,也一樣只會拿60分出來,除非我認定對方值得我
拿出90分,不然做得好只是換來更多工作而已。
3.老闆/負責人和員工不同點在哪?
您既然做老闆了,不論成敗盈虧就是100%蓋括承受,這是最基本的責任,
包含用人,請別拿出來抱屈,因為那又是慣老闆特徵之一。
拿老闆的權與利,又抱怨責任和工時比員工重,這跟文中只有一張嘴的員工差在哪?
4.員工不按照SOP來,錯的是員工還是SOP?
SOP常常會過時、沒有修訂、或根本就是編來給ISO稽核用的,
按照SOP,step by step,就能上手的工作,我真的沒看過。
