怎樣提離職不會撕破臉 - offer

我是個奴性很重的人,先承認。
在同一家公司已邁入第10年,一直有離開的想法但又一直撐著,日前找到另外想去的公司,已通過業務單位面試也和HR已經談好,只差還沒拿到正式offer。
現在的問題是卡在提離職的時間。本身工作性質是PM,手上的大案子做到一半正進入緊湊的階段,近兩個月都有國外出差行程,同事沒人跟過我的案子,比較清楚狀況的只有直屬主管。
麻煩的是對方希望我的報到日在1個半月後,且明白的說超過此日期過去的話下半年就沒有年終(依比例折算數字6位數)。我的理想當然是把自己案子做完再過去新公司,對公司比較好交待也不會造成同事困擾,但這樣就是要放棄年終。
另外一個做法是拿到offer就提離職,日期壓在對方給的報到日(依公司規定我只要兩週前提),但手上工作就一定要有人接手。
目前單位人力不太足,一個同事剛離開一個即將生產,要補的人又遲遲不到位。因此可以想像我提離職且要在案子結束前走,應該會弄得很難看。
不知道版上的高人有沒有什麼說法或做法,可以離開的漂亮又不損失年終?我唯一想到的只有提離職時附上交接計劃,但我想肯定沒用。
