1.一直以來，對於新加坡航空的印象，就是飛安情況非常好，服務也常常是第一名，所以非常希望能有這個榮幸，藉由這次實習機會進去貴公司，涉取不一樣的服務專業與經驗。
2.個性上朋友都說我非常開朗充滿熱情，大而化之時而搞笑，但其實我內心很細膩。
妳曾經遇過客訴嗎?
3.我曾經在電影院打工，一位客人攜帶外食，但是公司規定是不可以的，並要求制止客人。當時那位客人非常生氣，他說他剛買而且它還未吃飯，堅持他要帶進去吃。我首先向那位客人致歉，造成他的困擾，並告訴他電影院有賣其他食物，我可以幫他購買，他還是堅持吃他買的食物，後來我告訴他，要是別的客人也把食物帶進去吃，食物的濃郁的味道影響了你的觀看品質，您也是會不開心，他也是個明理的客人，後來他就把食物交給我保管，最後看完電影我才把食物還給他。

Singapore Airlines always gives the impression of high aviation safety and the best customer service. I’d really like to get the practical training opportunity to work for Singapore Airlines and gain valuable and professional service experience.
My friends always say that I am passionate, enthusiastic and humorous. Although sometimes I looked like watching only the whole picture, I am really a delicate person.
Have you ever handled customer complains?
When I was working for theater, there is a customer trying to take in outside food. However, since the company forbids it, I have to stop him. Insisting on bring it in, he was angry and said that he just bought it and he has not eaten anything yet. I first apologize to him and told him he can buy other food inside the theater and if he likes it, I can buy it for him. Still, he insisted on bring the food in. Then, I told him that you are certainly not going to be happy if other audience enjoy his own food and make the smell interfere with your movie watching experience. Being a reasonable person, he allowed me to take and look after the food. After the movie, I gave the food back to him.
