公司PT人員於2/10(五)被部門主管(上級指示)告知考核不佳並暗示自行離職(否則會
被刁難),於是口頭表示2/14~2/28休完特休離職,2/13(一)電話告知部門主管請生理
假(電話批准),2/14(二)電話詢問部門主管是否給予非自願離職證明,主管表明須詢
問人事(上級),PT人員於今日2/16(四)下午至公司補請假程序並詢問非自願離職證明
時被部門主管告知未完成請假程序(紙本記錄)已被公司認定曠職三日解雇,若後續要繼
續特休完要簽自願離職(二選一),PT人員被迫簽下離職書,請問各位大大這樣還有轉圜
餘地嗎?(有建議PT人員明天去勞工局咨詢)
