這世上沒有甚麼一個蘿蔔一個坑的職務拉
只是老闆讓你這樣以為
理論來說 每個部門都應該有所謂後備人力
遇到人員請假 離職 正好補上
現況是大部分台企老闆把這個人力砍掉costdown
遇到某個職務空缺 就是原有人力cover 每人工作量上升
於是慣老闆 慣主管 這時候又出來補刀
唉呦 因為誰誰誰請假 離職 造成我們部門工作量變大blablabla
就把怒火漂亮的移到那個請假的員工身上
然後各位奴隸們還會自我約束以後不可隨便請假
多麼漂亮的操作阿 反正千錯萬錯都是員工的錯
我朋友外商銀 全台設計衍生性金融商品職務的就他一個
也是規定每年要放長假 職務給別人run過 不能一人獨會
我本身藥廠業務 跑的區域配好一人一區
請假出缺 就是主管下來扛阿 要不然要你主管要幹嘛
看一個人是不是好主管就是當工作量變大時 他會不會下來卡
還是把工作全都給你們 順便還背刺請假同事(啾咪
不過慣老闆永遠爽爽躺在後面 沒人會把矛頭指向他
我常常遇到一種論調
阿你不是老闆你不懂拉 阿你怎麼不站在老闆角度想?
問題是我今天就是勞工 我幹嘛替你老闆想 你老闆平時有替勞工想嗎?
阿我們自己不爭取自己的權益 誰要理我們
當然哪天我當老闆 只要法律允許
我當然營利最大化 成本最小化嘛
那你勞工不站出來爭取權益 那是你笨 以為老闆會手下留情嗎
本來在不同位置才需要不同的思考角度阿
