其實事情過去就過去了,但畢竟是第一份工作,我非常在意,所以來此請教。
我,大學畢業後讀研究所曾中輟,後重考又因碩論題目難寫而讀了6年,於今32歲。
自去年8月底拿到學位後一直沒找到工作,但上週終於找到一個工廠品管的工作。
週六,人資來電話,說月薪27000元,雖然在別人眼中是低薪,但我還是高興地接受了。
不過工廠現址離家遠,必須搭7:10開車的交通車;工廠5個月後才會搬到家裡附近。

週一,我到工廠報到,工廠人資(和上述人資不同人,上述人資是公司本部的)說,
27000是全薪,內含餐費(因為中午不供餐)及全勤獎金1800元。全勤獎金規則如下:
請事假1次扣800元,請事假2次就沒有全勤獎金了。此外,請病假當天只能領半薪。
加班:上班時間為8:30~17:30,週一~五加班2小時,下班給吃飯(有供餐)15分鐘後的
17:45開始加班,19:45下班。而週六加整天班,即8:30~17:30。不加班則無專車,自己
想辦法回家。人資說:週一到週六的加班都有加的話,3個試用期比較可能通過而錄用。
底薪扣除全勤獎金後甚低,且亦不知是否仍要扣勞健保;而且加班有點像是強迫的。
雖然如此,我還是接受這份工作,覺得有作有賺,辛苦一點、即便被剝削也沒關係。

早上,由一位前輩先帶我巡廠認識環境,再教我檢測條碼感應鏡頭;基本上沒什麼問題。
下午開始,該前輩要我到樓頂檢查新一代i-bon機殼(含外衣及骨架)約40台,前輩說:
舉凡焊不平、螺絲鎖不平、異色、掉漆、漆面橘皮,都要寫在可撕膠帶上,貼於瑕玼處。
每台i-bon相距約40cm,我要穿梭其間:站著→高半蹲→低半蹲→全蹲,如此反覆檢查。
當天很熱,頂樓沒冷氣,電風扇只吹前排(因為怕吹倒),我依上述方試檢查了4小時。
期間,我體力不支,隨時都有半蹲到想跌倒的感覺,但都謹慎地忍住了,但還是不小心跌
倒了一次,將i-bon如骨牌般碰倒了11台。課長、前輩都說沒關係,要我不要放在心上。
而前輩先檢查過的幾台,我發現仍有多處沒檢查到的瑕玼;但我檢查過的幾台,有好幾處
瑕玼被最後總檢人員,認定沒有問題或沒關係。這跟前輩交待我的檢查仔細度並不相同。

19:45我坐專車後再轉機車,回家時己20:35,收拾東西洗完澡已21:00,因為隔天6:30要
早起吃東西去搭專車,我必須於22:30前入睡,故躺上床的時間要更早,估算回家後自己
的時間只剩1小時。基於此及上述工資和近於強迫的加班,我開始思考要不要做下去。
但真正讓我有「不想做」的想法,是i-bon的檢查,因為第二天還要檢查數十台~100台。
我體型過胖(169.5cm、82.5kg),穿梭於該距離的i-bon之間,不碰倒它們是極難之事。
為了減肥,我每天跑4000公尺,對體力有自信,但還是對檢查i-bon嚴重感到無法負荷。
當天睡覺我想到還要檢查大量i-bon,只睡著3小時。並夢到我穿梭在i-bon間反覆站著→
高半蹲→低半蹲→全蹲仔細檢查。這是夢我不在意;但早上出發前我發現大小腿極酸痛,
站不穩而隨時要跌倒。因覺得今天檢查定會再跌倒而碰倒,讓公司損失,我覺定離職。

第二天當天我就沒去坐專車,先跟車領隊說明,再跟工廠人資說明,後來課長打來、再隔
天公司本部的人資打來,我都跟他們如實說明,說若再檢查i-bon必定會再跌倒而再碰倒,
我因心中有極度恐懼,害怕且不願讓公司再有損失,所以做了一天就不做了。
恐懼主因來自我上次碰倒i-bon的經歷,雖大家說沒關係,但我聽到公司有損失相關話題。
關鍵是,對該檢查工作我的體力的無法負荷、我的體型的不相附合,都是我自身的問題。
課長說i-bon是公司第一次接的大機體訂單,正好作為我的考驗,要我別想太多。
雖然課長挽留我,但我篤定還會再碰倒,並考量到加班、休息時間、薪資等問題,最後還
是決定離職。

我自己懷疑做一天就不做了,自己是不是草莓?感覺好像是。而我將這事問身旁的人。
我前女友說:工人就是要耗費大量體力的工作,而體力這種東西本來就人外有人,我是個
讀書這麼久的人,本適合文職卻去當工人,離職不意外,但她不認為我是草莓。
我大姊則是單依加班、休息時間、薪資等作考量,說工作內容如果是這樣,覺得不划算,
如果她是我她也不會繼續做。
我大姊夫則認為,找到工作就該作下去,如果不作也要作滿一個禮拜才有工資,領了工資
再離職,他覺得我做了一天就不做了,肯定是百分之百的草莓。

經過以上說明,板友覺得呢?我是草莓嗎?不是嗎?還是介於之間?懇請板友指教。
