本人在50人小公司,原本那個位置是2個人在幹,然後換成我的時候
剩我一人,一個被精簡掉了。
後來有幾次真的忙不過來的,業務效率降低,只能維持最低的基本運作之後
一開始主管還滿欣賞我說你很努力能撐住(其實他應該是怕我跑掉
後來忙不過來出點小包被其他部門講話,我主管聽多了也對我頗有微詞
我就把以前不是兩個人拿出來講。...我就說再賭爛我大不了我明天就不來幹了
過陣子之後,結果後來真的調了一個人來跟我一起幹。
主管就說,好啦人也給你拉,給我好好做。
然後我就感覺主管開始賭爛我了
原來那個人其實是別部門能力不足踢掉不要的人,公司都沒有部門要收
,剛好我主管很喜歡他,就把她收過來。
乾,然後過一陣子,主管來跟我密談說要不要自願離職,上頭說你們兩個
只能留一個,現在要你走,你要不要走了?我不知道能保你多久
還有你之前不是說不幹了嗎?

根本就是主管要留那個沒用的他喜歡的人,要替換調我,還不想給資遣
這樣還能跟上頭邀功
我:不要啊,要我走就給我錢啊
然後主管就開始冷凍我了,什麼事都不跟我講,有會議,有新課程都叫那個
沒用的去
我不知道還能撐多久,只能每天祈求他出車禍
然後就是原來不能亂喊人手不夠嗎? 哪天新的人手搞不好就是要來替掉你的...
求助有沒有什麼黑暗兵法能先主動弄掉那個主管跟那個沒用的人?
