我一個學妹想離職
這是她第一份工作 而且其實工作也快一年了
所以想說乾脆湊一年完整資歷
不過所謂的一年資歷 是指"超過"一年嗎?
如果去年6月到職
現在5月(等於剛好第12個月)離職算不算一年?
因為如果到6月才走 實際任職超過一年
就變成要多待20天 所以她在猶豫提離職的時間點
想說幫她上來問問大家
是說我前公司有個職位流動率高 後來招了個新鮮人來做
他主管就常常跟他洗腦 至少要待3-4年資歷才算完整
所以我一直對從年資看穩定性的說法很懷疑...
