最缺人時提離職 - 加班

各位好,畢業後在現職已待了將近兩年的時間,公司規模頗大,
由於是輪班性質的工作,起薪比剛畢業的好,但由於是輪班性
質的工作,所以相對的也非常累。綜合公司文化、工作內容與
環境、主管同事、產業發展等。其實一直想離職,但一方面是
對未來還沒有明確的目標,一方面是想多存點錢,所以一直拖
著。自己很清楚此地不宜久留,畢竟輪班確實非常傷身。
我們單位一直以來都很缺人,流動率頗高,但上面的人仍堅持
不補人,工作太操勞,甚至有同事因此流產,最近開始請了一
年多的育嬰假回家帶小孩順便休養。所以我們單位已到了人力
最誇張少的時期了,每個人都做得非常累,平常是必加班,一
個月假日加班變成至少兩天。雖然極缺人,但有一次我假日加
班加了九小時,主管仍以會被上面找麻煩要求我改成八小時,
因為新法通過會以十二小時計算,公司會避免這種增加成本的。
從去年底就下定決心做完二月就離職,這兩天就得提了,但實
在蠻擔心的,因為我在最缺人時要離職,同事們一定會非常慘,
我知道公司絕對不是沒我不行,也知道人力問題是主管們的責
任,由於是第一次提離職,心裡難免有點不安,如果我離職了,
下個月的班表甚至可能排不出來了,即使心意已決,不免感到
壓力。想請問大家,離職需要挑時機嗎? 雖然目前還沒有下一
步的計畫,但覺得不能再拖了。謝謝大家耐心看完。
