舉個強者我朋友的例子好了(在某些層面上這是同一個問題)
當年我們研究所剛畢業 他面試到第一份工作
開了價格對方也想錄取他 但是就是想砍他薪水
當然手法就是各位常經歷的挑三揀四殺人威風嘍
畢竟沒工作經驗也不懂行情 就算被殺也只能摸摸鼻子吧
但我同學並不屈服 倒也沒生氣 只是淡淡的對老闆講理
「對於前景悲觀的公司通常只會想到節流而不是開源
而他們能想到最直接的作法就是縮減員工的薪水
然後理所當然的得到滿手爛檸檬(參照: 檸檬市場)
並且很遺憾的距離他們的成長目標越來越遠
這個事件的機會成本是
沒有找到真正可以帶領公司成長的動力
而非每個月額外支出/名目上節省的那五千元
如果你真正想找一個人才,就應該釋出符合這個位階和責任的薪水
如果你只是想找個東西填滿一個坑 你把薪資公佈在職缺資訊上
自然會有對應這份薪資水準的填充物前來報到」
老闆想了一想 最後決定用令我朋友滿意的薪資
留下這個他認為具備實力與潛力的面試者
幹我發現我這篇是本板難得的清流(因為主題是salary而不是diary)
