如題我到新公司快要一個月了,可是由於我適應不良,我想在未滿一個月之前離職,
當初進公司有簽條約說,到職未滿七天離職不給薪水,到職未滿一個月離職當月假
日不算錢,只算上班的日子,請問這樣公司有違法嗎?(我是算月薪的)
