並口頭告知要完成交接事項
5/31當日,主管及人資都沒有要求我填寫離職單或表格
當日我把未完成事項都整理給公司一位小姐
沒寫制式的移交清單
今天前主管才打來說我交接沒完成要扣住我的薪水?
請問這樣是合理的嗎
