準備做滿三個月離職的離職信求批 - offer

小弟年初準備跳槽 同時面試了兩間外商

A公司： 待遇福利佳也可以回鄉工作 與原工作領域稍有差異 => 生產機具商

B公司： 福利待遇更更佳 而且可以繼續從事相關產業 最想要這間 不過是外派 => 檢驗商


第一階段A馬上就通知我年後上班

B發無聲卡沒回應 所以我在年前就答應了A預計三月底上班(註：三個月試用期)

直到三月中B才問我能不能第二階段面試

我才又抱著試試的心態面試了B(已準備去A公司上班了)

面試完又發了無聲卡長達兩個月

我也心安的在A公司進行了受訓、經手一些案子

沒想到B在六月初通知我進行最後一階段面試

隔一禮拜後 面試結果是聘用！ 終於呀......

問題來了 就是希望從A公司走的好看一點= = 因為現在公司超忙

我又突然試用期滿就要離職......雖依法規無須預告

但很在意業界給我的評論 我個人也很在意這種正式的書信

寫了封離職信 預計這三天假期時寄出

希望有板上的前輩能用力給批 看有哪些廢話可以刪掉......

或是可以補充說明什麼 當然最後一定是會在下周上班日時當面談

Dear XXX

I'm sorry to inform you that I decided to resign from my current position as
a xxxxxx engineer at A company because there's another offer for me as a xxxxx
surveyor at B company and I will accept this offer. Hope you could
understand even though we are undertaking such a heavy workload. I have
interview with "A" almost at the same time with "B" in Jan. 2015 but they
finally making an unofficially offer by email for me until last week then
they need more days for working out a formal contract for me about this new
job.

Please advise when shall I leave for it or kindly consider my decision which
is to resign at 6/24 for finishing my 3-months probation period and complete
the rest of my work which needs to handover.

Thank you for providing this opportunity as a xxxxxx engineer and all the
training plan for me with plenty learning source at hand. It's a great time
working with all "A" colleagues and I really appreciate all of your help
during these days.
