磨練的機會or欺負人? - 加班

小弟最近公司來了個研替,是做設備工程師的
他剛進公司時,公司有50台機台他就被賦予當2x台機台的負責人
(機台如果有問題就必須澄清,開會,保養等等)
其他1x台機台的負責人也是一個新人(非研替)
但最近那個新人離職了,因此那位新人的工作就"全部"放在那位研替的身上
因此小弟每天都看到那位研替在處理機台當機
(公司機台沒備料,都是拆其他機台用過的或是修過的來換,機台可以一天當個
7-8次...)
有時沒處理完善還要被op,老鳥,主管罵...上大夜班的同事時常看到常日班的他
忙到跟夜班同事一起下班,再跟日班同事一起上班...(因為是常日班
所以公司不補貼加班費)
小弟在想,這樣真的對新人是一種磨練嗎?這樣的磨練對以後的工作有加分嗎?
(小弟也是剛出社會,對這樣的訓練模式感到懷疑)
