勞基法不是有規定在公司未滿一年者10天前提出就好了 ?
如果我提出時間超過10天 就可以不去了嗎?
因為主管叫我待到8月在走 讓他們訓練新人
公司制度很怪 人數都是請剛好的
如果超過10天不去會怎樣嗎 ?
