各位30cm/E奶 大家好
本魯私立碩畢,工作年資約10y,今年邁入尷尬的38Y。
上一份工作因直屬長官認為本魯不適合,
三個月試用期過後的第一天,即以不適用現職遭到資遣,目前待業中。
說來慚愧,這是本魯人生中第一次非自願離職(第11條第5款)。
9月初開104後,也陸陸續續接到10來家公司面試通知,但在面試後均無下文。
詳細檢討了一下原因,
除了薪資以外,
上一份工作的離職原因本魯就只寫"資遣"兩個字,
相信只要有經驗的HR,第一時間一定是問:"為什麼?",然後我就誠實告知。
只有三個月的資歷,然後被資遣,這樣算弄髒履歷表嗎?
就面試通知的頻率來說,看起來不像。
那麼,本魯現在的問題是,
當面試時,對方問起這段工作經歷,該怎麼回答才可以增加錄取機會呢?
這段工作資歷需要顯示在履歷上嗎?
