該如何跟人資要回有簽名的不利文件? - 離職

請教板上各位
離職前要怎跟主管談,拿回之前有簽名的不利文件?
最近新主管認為我不適任,有被要求簽份工作改善的文件
內容我覺得訂得很嚴苛,
甚至有若達到犯了幾次錯就視為不及格,要求無條件離開公司的字句
當時心中只想保住工作,硬著頭皮簽了
但回家後想想,其實覺得真正問題是在於雙方溝通的差距過大
覺得雙方既然都對彼此感到不愉快,
在這種雙方乾瞪眼的狀況下工作也沒意思
故有打算提離職的想法
但同時也想把工作改善項目的單據收回
避免被留下不好紀錄或把柄(日後應徵打來問的話)
請問有機會拿回嗎?或是要怎麼談比較適當?
文件是一是兩份,一份自己留存,另一份是人資室留存
自己留存的已在身邊沒問題
但人資室那邊的要怎提出要回比較適當?
