該離職嗎 - 加班

小弟目前快26了,高職畢業而已…目前從事傳統產業輪班作業員~~在公司也待五年的時
間了,算部門資深員工 每天工時12hrs(固定加班)月入50k上下.
平時和同事的氣氛相處算融洽!!!
會想要離職的點是因為跟領班工作理念不合…可能是我個人主觀意識比較強烈加上有五年
資歷的關係,希望有些事情能夠讓我做決定。
工作屬非責任制,我的思維是能在時間內完成的工作儘量不要留責任給別人…領班的思維
恰巧跟我相反,我覺得能做得 他就會認為幹嘛做得那麼累~~ 嚴格講起來都是我們在留
責任給別人比較多,由於要寫公司報表…其實時間寫的跟實際做的大家一眼就能看穿 瞎
掰我真的不行(雖然做假資料是社會常態)私底下另一班也都會跟我抱怨,但…很多事情
我真的無法決定。
再來就是晚班時大家都會玩手遊,我覺得玩遊戲沒關係…不過現場放著都各玩各的,好言
相勸N次了都沒人要理會~~一開始會開瞧,後來想想算了領班沒講什麼我也沒資格管,
ㄧ股氣卻無法發洩…工作疲憊 心也累,覺得在這樣下去也只是混日子而已,突然開始擔
心自己的未來了QQ
目前有存一點錢想說離職後出國散散心,之後再繼續慢慢找…只是考慮的點是回鄉下薪資
就沒這麼高了,不知道該續留還是要走。
