因為最近有離職打算
目前是一年以下未滿一年
照勞基法說法是提前十天告知老闆要離職即可
但今天查看公司規定卻又有一條規定如下:
因個人因素欲終止雇傭關係之員工,任職六個月以上者必須於二十天前提出書面離職聲請。
如未按此聲請,則當月薪資支付“”半薪”
計算公式如下:[日薪X工作天數]/2計薪。
請問各位版大,公司這樣的離職條文及離給薪方式合法嗎?

那我這樣要怎麼跟老闆談呢?
是直接把條文印出來給他看嗎?
如果他不認帳,拿就直接通報哪個單位?
