資淺被要求「教」資深專員正常嗎? - 離職

如題,公司半年前因為業務擴大開出一個需要三到五年相關領域經驗且能獨立作業的資
深專員缺(薪水將近是資淺專員的兩倍)
但這個資深專員什麼都不會且時常請假,所有的急件都丟到我(資淺專員)身上,只因為
我有在信件cc中。
資深會的就是閃躲飄跟搶著外出寄信。
最近直屬主管要求我什麼信件要cc這位資深專員(例如我完成的文件要讓他參考), 讓
他學怎麼做,我滿臉問號直接表示,資深專員為什麼不會?
直屬主管說不上來只搬出要團隊合作啊(沒有什麼建設性的理論)說我這樣視野太小 沒
辦法往上升。
我反應每次都要幫資深專員善後,替資深完成本來他應該完成的工作(因為我們是後勤單
位,需要替前端業務提供他們的需求,且如果出事要負責的),我希望可以各自負責各自
的事,而且資深專員沒有能力怎麼會是我要去負責?
直屬主管講不出什麼回答我答案的話,再把團隊合作論調講一遍,說資深專員再這樣他會
觀察。
想問大家 這種情況有解嗎?
我已經受夠幫資深專員做他原本的工作,現在還要教他?
想問是否只有以下兩個解:
1.越級反應,直接撕破臉指出資深無能
2.立馬離職
